Do you ever have those weeks where NOTHING works or looks good on you? Exactly! Well this week has
definitely been one of them. Which is way I'm so frustrated! Nothing is working and my body is done with it. I'm 24 and if you only new all the problems I run across with my body I feel like it really, well I don't feel, it really is not physically possible for me!
Since I have been having that kind of week, lovely me talks myself into, I can train for a half marathon....Hey, half first then a full Marathon. R-I-G-H-T! I physically can't do it. I'm not out of shape or anything I just can't do it. Where do I start?
1. I have an awful lower back which hurts majority of the time but the next two are the killer.
2. Muscle Compartment Syndrome: Yep for those of you who have no idea what that is, be glad! I have it on both my legs and my ankles will swell up in a certain spot and it hurts like no other. Some days it hurts, and some days its fine, but the days it hurts, yeah 5 minutes on the treadmill at the most!
3. Achilles Tendinitis: On my right foot. Sucks! At first it wasn't bad but now its everyday and some days I walk like a grandma because I can't walk on it.
So my question is, How is it physically possible??!! I'm 24 I should have any of these problems...Yet! Nothing is more frustrating when you body has a mind of its own.
So if anyone has any suggestions let me know because I'm all out of them.
